Your orders will be shipped from Toronto located in Canada. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us .
It is the responsibility the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally shipped in the same day before 2pm business day. If you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us at Admin@Classicvery.com before order shipment. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it does get returned back we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees)
